Jason Morcos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Web Designer at Yogurt Extreme. From 2013 onwards, they founded and served as the CEO of Moballo, LLC. During their time at Moballo, they designed and released several applications, including the "GT Portal" and "CmdRef" applications. Jason also developed the advanced Oligo Maker genetic design tool and served as the lead maintainer of Sequel Ace, a popular macOS MySQL utility. In 2016, they joined Clean Hands - Safe Hands as a Software Development Intern and later progressed to roles such as Junior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Lead Developer, and finally Director of Software Engineering. In this role, they managed the development of new and existing hardware and software systems, maintained complex infrastructure and data pipelines, and was responsible for staffing developer resources. Additionally, they served as a Volunteer Student Teacher at Cheldelin Middle School in 2014. Currently, they are working as the Director of Engineering at SwipeSense Inc.
Jason Morcos obtained their high school diploma from Crescent Valley High School between 2010 and 2014. Jason then enrolled at Georgia Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Pre-Healthcare from 2014 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, Jason continued their education at Georgia Institute of Technology and completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Interactive Intelligence between 2019 and 2021.
