Sydney Cahill, M.S, CTRS, CDP has been working in the healthcare industry since 2015. In 2015, they began their career as a Recreation Therapist/Activities Assistant at The Pines at Davidson. In 2016, they moved to Carolina Center For Behavioral as a Recreation Therapist. In 2017, they were hired as a Campus Activities Manager at Wesley Commons Retirement Community. In 2019, they joined iN2L as an Implementation Success Manager. In 2021, they joined SwipeSense Inc. as a Customer Success Manager. At SwipeSense, their role is to empower hospitals to make data-driven changes that lead to predictable outcomes to help them save lives, improve patient and clinician experiences, and create operational efficiencies.

Sydney Cahill obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Western Carolina University between 2011 and 2015. Sydney then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in the same field from Clemson University, which they completed in 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and a Licensed Recreation Therapist from the NCTRC.
