Greg Hames

Greg Hames has held various engineering roles over the past 25 years. From 1995 to 2000, they worked as a Process Engineer at Texas Instruments. Greg then moved to MEMSCAP, where they were an Engineering Manager and Product Development Engineer from 2000 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Senior Staff Engineer at Amkor Technology. Most recently, they have been the Director of Quality Management and Senior Staff Engineer at SWIR Vision Systems since 2018.

Greg Hames began their educational journey in 1985, graduating from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics in 1989. Greg then continued their studies at North Carolina State University, earning a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering in 1991, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering in 1995.
