Joseph Weinberg

Joseph Weinberg has a strong background in information security and cybersecurity. Joseph is currently the Director of Security & Compliance (CISO) at Swire Coca-Cola, USA. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Information Security at Lucid Software from 2022 to 2023. Joseph also held the position of Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Management at Zions Bancorporation from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Global Cybersecurity Director at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they have experience as a Sloan Executive Leadership Partner at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since 2016.

Joseph Weinberg has pursued a variety of educational opportunities throughout their career. Joseph studied Strategy and Innovation, Technology Operations and Value Chain Management, and Management & Leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Joseph also earned an Advanced Executive Certificate in Management & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University. As for their future plans, they are currently enrolled at West Virginia University, where they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity Management, which is expected to be completed in 2025. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained various certifications, including Technology Operations and Value Chain Management and Strategy and Innovation from MIT, as well as certifications from institutions such as (ISC)², EMC, Juniper, Microsoft, Sourcefire, and Splunk.
