Michael Gatlin

Michael Gatlin is an experienced professional in the field of operations and safety management, currently serving as both Environment, Health and Safety Manager and Environmental Health & Safety Regional Manager at Swire Coca-Cola, USA since January 2023. Prior to this, Michael spent over fifteen years at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities included supervising distribution and maintenance of equipment across Oregon and managing operations in California. Earlier roles included Warehouse/Hard-lines Manager at Target, where Michael led a team of supervisors and team members, and various supervisory positions at United Parcel Service, Inc., focusing on operational excellence. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University-San Bernardino.
