Rafaela Bartholomeu-Peslerbe

Rafaela Bartholomeu-Peslerbe currently serves as the VP of Logistics Support Services at Swire Coca-Cola, USA, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Rafaela was the Chief Operations Officer for the Americas at L’OCCITANE Group, where leadership included managing planning and logistics for the US, Canada, and Brazil, as well as driving the B-Corp certification initiative.
