Ivan Malygin is an experienced Staff Software Engineer with a strong background in various aspects of software development and engineering leadership. Currently at Hashgraph since January 2023 and previously leading the Credit Team at Nirvana Money, Ivan has demonstrated expertise in technical design, short and long-term planning, and mentoring within high-quality coding environments. Ivan's extensive work history includes significant contributions at Ripple, where Ivan led multi-team initiatives, as well as roles at GroundTruth, Guidewire Software, Spotware, Deutsche Bank, Diasoft, Softage, and SWsoft, showcasing a diverse tech stack including Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and container orchestration tools. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Novosibirsk State Technical University.
