Jason Rock Phelps

Jason Rock Phelps has had a varied and extensive work experience. From 2004 to 2021, they have held roles in a variety of industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Commercial Whitewater and Climbing Guide for Rivermen Whitewater. Jason Rock then moved on to The Ohio State University, where they held the roles of University Mathematics Teaching Assistant and Manager of the Climbing Center in the Outdoor Adventure Center. From 2008 to 2021, Phelps worked in the education sector, first as a Substitute Teacher for the Westbrook School Dept, then as a Long-term Substitute Secondary Mathematics Teacher for MSAD 51, and finally as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher for both MSAD 51 and the Westbrook School Dept. In 2015, Phelps began their career in data science, starting as a Data Scientist for Draft Sharks Fantasy Football. Jason Rock then moved on to Sports Injury Predictor as Lead Data Scientist in 2016, and Anthem, Inc. as Data Scientist in 2013. At Anthem, Inc., they held multiple roles, including Business Info Developer - Recovery Data Analyst, Business Info Developer Consultant - Recovery Data Analyst, Senior Data Scientist, and Principal Data Scientist. Jason Rock currently holds the role of Senior Data Scientist at Swish Analytics.
