Patrick Rossi serves as a Member of the Executive Board and heads the French-speaking area at SQS – Association Suisse pour Systèmes de Qualité et de Management, alongside overseeing global vehicle certification across various industries. Rossi is also the Founder and Managing Director of improve-U, an engineering and consulting firm focused on enhancing client satisfaction through operational performance improvements. Additional roles include President of the editorial committee for the Société Suisse de Chronométrie and past Auditor for banking certifications with the Swiss Association for Quality. With extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement across various sectors, including luxury watchmaking and industrial engineering, Rossi holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Master’s in Lean Six Sigma and an Executive MBA in Management.
