Mstd Rebecca Daurio

Rebecca Daurio, MSTD, PHR is a seasoned professional in workforce development and human resources. As the President and Owner of RADD Training, LLC since June 2018, Rebecca has focused on designing and developing Registered Apprenticeship programs, collaborating with manufacturing companies to enhance on-the-job training and submit necessary documentation to the Department of Labor for approval. Additionally, Rebecca serves as an HR Representative at Swiss Automation Inc. since August 2015, and previously held the position of Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target from August 2010 to April 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Workforce Development and Training from the University of St. Francis, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Northern Illinois University, and an Associate of Arts in Education from McHenry County College.
