Patrick Bauer

Patrick Bauer serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Swiss Automation Inc. since April 2016, overseeing the implementation of a CNC machine monitoring system and providing extensive employee training in various technical areas. Notable achievements include justifying new machine purchases, resulting in a cost reduction of two million dollars, along with expertise in CNC program development and manufacturing process optimization. Prior experience includes positions as an Applications Engineer at LG Evans, Applications Manager at Hitachi Seiki, and Applications/Service Engineer at both Marubeni Citizen Cincom and Yamazen, where Patrick focused on applications support and service for CNC machine tools. Patrick holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Aided Machining from Elgin Community College.
