Karan has successfully led operations in various countries, managing large-scale projects that have resulted in significant cost savings and yield improvements. They hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Flour Milling from the International Association of Operative Millers and an MBA in Production & Operations Management from Amity University, and are currently pursuing the NABIM qualification from UK Flour Millers.
