Tamar Mikaberidze

Tamar Mikaberidze has extensive experience in human resources and management roles, currently serving as the Head of the HR Department at JSC MFO Swiss Capital since January 2013, while also managing the Training Center and providing software support. Previously, at JSC Liberty Bank, Tamar held positions as an Account Manager and Operator, and started career as a Base Operator at Ltd. "Universal Card Corporation" UNICARD. Additionally, Tamar gained international experience as a Public Relations Manager intern with YFU Germany's Central Committee. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Audio-Visual Arts & Journalism from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, a CBA in Business Administration and Management from the Free University of Tbilisi, and ongoing work towards a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
