Prior to these roles, Makram was Global Solutions Director and Business Development & Management Coach at ALTERSIS Performance until December 2023, helping establish it as the largest IT performance consulting firm in EMEA. As the founder of Sword Performance Solutions and Managing Partner of adhoc International, Makram played a pivotal role in the evolution of performance engineering practices across Europe. Makram’s extensive background includes leadership in service level management at Compuware and a degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.
