Thomas Hiesener

Thomas Hiesener has a solid work experience in the field of SAP consulting and management. Thomas most recently served as the Head of SAP Application Lifecycle Management at SWISS KRONO GROUP starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked for Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) for almost 20 years as a Senior techno-functional SAP Solution Architect. Thomas was responsible for managing various projects and international customers. Before that, Thomas worked for Accenture as a Certified SAP Consultant, where they handled different modules of the SAP system and was in charge of sub-project management and customer relations. Thomas also had a brief role as an SAP Consultant at Siemens and started their career as a General Store Manager at PC Spezialist.

Thomas Hiesener's education history begins in 1999 when they attended the SAP Partner Academy and obtained a certification as a "Certified Application Consultant 'Accounting' for SAP System" in the field of Information Technology. Thomas then had a gap in their education until 2015, when they attended AXELOS Global Best Practice and earned an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Additionally, Thomas Hiesener has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include "Running Business Processes with SAP Signavio Solutions - Record of Achievement," "Drive SAP S/4HANA Transformations with SAP Signavio Solutions," "Product Support Knowledge 2022 - Product Support Accreditation," "SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager," and more. These certifications were obtained from SAP in various months and years ranging from 2020 to 2023.
