Claudia Dahinden

Claudia Dahinden currently serves as a Projektmanagerin for Strategic HR Projects at Swiss Life AG, focusing on initiatives such as active life design and diversity & inclusion since March 2012. In addition to her role at Swiss Life, Claudia is the founder and consultant at Claudia Dahinden Life Design Consulting, providing consulting, coaching, and inspiration in Work Life Design from November 2018 to December 2023, and was a co-founder and partner at burnbaby – work life design on fire from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes various HR Business Partner positions at UBS from December 2006 to February 2012, and leading IT HR for PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1999 to August 2006, among other roles. Claudia Dahinden holds a MAS in Human Systems Engineering from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a CAS in solution-focused coaching from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
