Bernhard Rychen

Bernhard Rychen has a wealth of experience in various financial and accounting roles. Bernhard started their career at Bank in Huttwil, where they worked in kreditadministration. Bernhard then moved on to BALZ Informatik AG, where they handled verkauf and einkauf responsibilities. After that, Bernhard worked at Ersparniskasse Affoltern i. E. as a Projektleiter Migration IBIS. Bernhard then joined PwC as a Manager Assurance. Bernhard later joined Mikron Holding AG, where they served as Head Group Finance & Controlling. Currently, they are employed at Swiss Prime Site, first as CFO of Swiss Prime Site Solutions AG and then as Head Group Accounting. Bernhard is currently serving as the Head Group Finance & Controlling and Deputy Group CFO.

Bernhard Rychen completed their education at the Berner Fachhochschule BFH from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a degree in Betriebsökonom FH. Bernhard then attended EXPERTsuisse from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a diploma in Wirtschaftsprüfer.
