Markus Flaiz

Markus Flaiz is an experienced professional in the development and construction sector, currently serving as a member of the management team at Swiss Prime Site since March 2022. Previously, Markus held the position of Projektleiter at senn.com from November 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Markus was the Gesamtprojektleiter Akquisition / Ausführung at Implenia from January 2016 to October 2020 and worked as Projektleiter, Planungsleiter, and Architect at Itten+Brechbühl AG from 2008 to 2016. Markus began the career as an architect at AmmannArchitetti from 2006 to 2008. Markus holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Zurich and a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Architecture from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung.
