Anna Martakova

Anna Martakova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Admin at Swiss Re since June 2017. In this role, Anna has successfully led multiple transitions of the EMEA HR admin portfolio, expanded team size from 7 to 18 members, and enhanced operational efficiencies in onboarding, offboarding, and employment administration across multiple countries. Prior to Swiss Re, Anna held various leadership positions at Accenture s.r.o., where responsibilities included managing help desk and procurement teams, driving process improvements, and overseeing key performance indicators. Anna holds a Master's degree in Safety-legal services in public administration from the Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava, along with foundational education from Bilingual Grammar School Ramon y Cajal.
