Joel Zeder

Joel Zeder is a research assistant at ETH Zürich, focusing on applying novel statistical tools to understand climate extremes as part of doctoral studies in Climate Physics. With experience as a climate change analyst at Correntics and a trainee at MeteoSwiss, Zeder has developed predictive algorithms and provided significant climate analytics support. Previous roles include internships at the Met Office and EUMETSAT, where advanced geostatistical methods and statistical software were utilized for climate data analysis. Zeder holds a Doctor of Science from ETH Zürich, a Master of Science in Atmospheric and Climate Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Zurich.
