Jorrit Bosma

Jorrit Bosma is a Data Analytics Engineer at Swiss Re since June 2022, with a strong academic background in physics. Jorrit completed a PhD in Theoretical Physics at ETH Zurich, where experiences included serving as a Research and Teaching Assistant from September 2015 to January 2022, teaching various physics courses in both English and German. Prior to that, Jorrit worked as an Ambassador of Applied Physics at the University of Twente, promoting the Applied Physics BSc program to high school students from November 2010 to March 2014. Jorrit's early career included roles as a licensed ski instructor and as an Alpine ski racer, achieving notable results in national and international competitions. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree and Bachelor's degree in Physics and Applied Physics, respectively, from ETH Zurich and the University of Twente.
