Lauren Liang

Lauren Liang serves as the Global Head of Growth & Innovation and the Global Head of Partnerships & Propositions Innovation at Swiss Re, where contributions focus on both Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) sectors since November 2020. Previously, Lauren held various leadership roles, including Head of Customer & Partnership Solutions in Asia for L&H, and worked as an Industry Advisor for Taiwan Startup Stadium. At MetLife Asia, Lauren was the Head of Strategic Partnerships, emphasizing customer-centric ventures in micro and embedded insurance within the Asian market. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director for Corporate Development at Nielsen, leading M&A and strategic alliances across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and establishing the Asia office for NBCUniversal's Peacock Equity Fund, focusing on investments in digital and mobile sectors. Lauren's career began at General Electric as an Associate in the Corporate Audit Staff and GE Financial Management Program. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
