Léo M.

Léo M. is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at Swiss Re since February 2024. Prior to this role, Léo held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Leocare Assurances, overseeing various critical functions including Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, Actuarial, and Data at an Insurtech startup from January 2022 to January 2024. From March 2017 to January 2022, Léo was the Chief Risk Officer at SCOR Global Life Australia, where responsibilities included managing relations with the supervisor APRA and informing the Board of Directors about risk and compliance matters. Léo’s earlier positions at SCOR included Deputy Chief Risk Officer and Risk and Regulatory Manager, where significant contributions included the development of the company's first Recovery Plan.
