Liza Jaworski

Liza Jaworski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Lead Talent & Performance at Swiss Re since 2006. In this role, Liza acts as an internal consultant to HR executives and global HR partners, providing strategic support across various business units such as Underwriting, Risk, Finance, and Operations. Previously, Liza held various positions at Swiss Re including Vice President, People & Culture Development Consultant, and has a strong background in implementing global talent management solutions and managing HR processes. Liza's prior experience includes serving as Global HR Manager/Partner at GE Capital and AVP, HR Generalist/Recruiter at Sunflower Bank. Liza holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Avila University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Kansas State University.
