Louise Ockenden

Louise Ockenden is a seasoned professional in talent management and insurance, currently serving as a Global Talent Partner at Swiss Re since March 2004. In this role, Louise supports talent and culture development, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a People & Culture Development Consultant with a focus on talent management and learning, as well as leading teams as a Claims Expert in Life & Health insurance and reinsurance. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Louise held various positions at Unum UK, including Claims Manager, where responsibilities involved leading teams in managing a large claims portfolio. Louise holds an MBA from the University of Surrey and a BS in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Liverpool.
