Martin Dobransky

Martin Dobransky is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance operations and controlling. At Swiss Re, Martin serves as Deputy Head of Finance Operations and Senior Finance Controller, managing finance controlling for corporate entities. Prior to this role, Martin worked at Leitner + Leitner as a Complex Accountant, providing accountancy services under SK GAAP for German and Austrian clients, and prepared various tax returns. Martin's experience also includes a position as an Auditor Junior at Ernst & Young, focusing on auditing multinational corporations under SK GAAP and IFRS, and a role as a Finance Analyst at IBM, where cost forecasting and data management were primary responsibilities. Martin's career began with an internship in the controlling department at U. S. Steel Košice. Martin holds a Master's degree in Financial Business Management from the University of Economics in Slovakia and has pursued additional studies in language and economics in various institutions.
