Monica N. is an accomplished executive in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as the CEO of Swiss Re's US P&C Market Unit and the President of Swiss Re Canada and the English Caribbean. With extensive experience at Swiss Re since June 2006, Monica has held several key positions, including Managing Director for Chief Property Underwriting for the US & Canada and Senior Vice President for the US Regional and National Property Desk. Prior to her tenure at Swiss Re, Monica worked at GE Insurance Solutions from October 2000 to June 2006, where leadership roles included Executive Band - Catastrophe Risk Management Leader and Senior Vice President - Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Monica began her career at EW Blanch, contributing to the development of catastrophe models and providing analytical support. Monica holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from the University of Minnesota Morris.
