Neil Sprackling

Neil Sprackling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the reinsurance and insurance industries. Since April 1997, Neil has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Life & Health Re US at Swiss Re, previously holding roles as President of US Life & Health and Managing Director, with a focus on reinsurance, strategy, insurance, the Internet of Things (IoT), direct marketing, artificial intelligence (AI), and eCommerce. Prior to Swiss Re, Neil was the Director General at Mercantile & General Spanish Branch from September 1993 to April 1997, overseeing life and health reinsurance business in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Neil began the career as a Marketing Executive International at The Mercantile and General Reinsurance Company Limited from November 1984 to September 1993. Neil's educational background includes attending Dulwich College from September 1976 to June 1984.
