Nena Maillet

Nena Maillet is an experienced professional currently serving as an IP People and Training Expert at Swiss Re since July 2021, with previous roles including Learning & Digital Adoption Product Owner and International Programs Training Coordinator. Prior to Swiss Re, Nena worked at Glencore from July 2018 to June 2021 as a Junior Compliance Officer and Compliance Assistant, managing global LMS implementation, compliance training roll-outs, and new employee training. Earlier experience includes serving as a Global Ethics and Compliance Team Assistant at Takeda from May 2016 to April 2018, where responsibilities included calendar management and administrative support, as well as providing administrative assistance in the Global Compliance department. Nena’s career began at J. Pervis Talent Agency as a Website Coordinator from January 2009 to May 2011. Nena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Management and Marketing from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
