Nikhil da Victoria Lobo is an experienced leader in the insurance and reinsurance sector, currently serving as the Head of P&C Reinsurance for Western & Southern Europe and the Middle East & Africa at Swiss Re since April 2003. Nikhil has a robust background in client management, underwriting, and claims, with extensive experience in negotiating reinsurance coverage for Fortune 2000 companies and conducting detailed risk assessments. Prior roles include Market Executive for Western & Southern Europe and Managing Director for Public Sector, where strategic growth and comprehensive risk management were focal points. Nikhil began the career as an Analyst at Securitas Capital and Swiss Re Capital Partners, contributing to investment evaluations and transaction processes. Nikhil holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania.
