Rob van de Langenberg

Rob van de Langenberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in reward and compensation management. Since July 2015, Rob has held various leadership roles at Swiss Re, including Head Reward Global Solutions and Manager Core Reward, where responsibilities encompass the delivery of compensation programs, annual compensation reviews, and overall Reward strategy. Prior to this, Rob served as Director of Group Rewards at UBS, specializing in deferred compensation frameworks and providing strategic advice to senior management. Earlier experience includes working at PwC Nederland as an Assistant Tax Manager and Tax Consultant, focusing on international tax and legal reviews of deferred compensation plans and advising expatriates on personal income tax matters. Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fiscal Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
