Rolf Lux

Rolf Lux is an experienced professional in strategy and finance, currently serving as Head of Strategy & Operations for Global Business Solutions at Swiss Re since January 2016. Prior to this role, Rolf held the position of Finance Manager at XL Catlin for a brief period in mid-2015 and was instrumental in performance management and planning operations at Swiss Re from 2000 to April 2015. Rolf's educational background includes an Executive MBA with a focus on General Management, Finance, Strategy, and Economics from Rochester-Bern Executive Programs, as well as an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. Rolf also holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Controlling from the Institute of Financial Services Zug and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Banking & Finance from HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich.
