Sahil Bihari

Sahil Bihari, CFA, is an accomplished finance and actuarial professional with significant experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President – Senior Corporate Actuary at Swiss Re since September 2017, Sahil has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Assistant Vice President – Corporate Actuary and Assistant Vice President – Finance. Prior to Swiss Re, Sahil pursued a Full Time MBA at HEC Paris, where the focus was on finance, and gained additional experience as an intern in rating agencies and capital management at SCOR. Earlier career roles include managerial positions at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and an internship in aviation underwriting at General Insurance Corporation of India. Educational qualifications include an MBA from HEC Paris, a PGDM in Insurance from the National Insurance Academy, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Jaypee University of Information Technology. Currently, Sahil is also furthering professional credentials with studies at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
