Shailee Pradhan

Shailee Pradhan, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of sustainability and economics, currently serving as Senior Sustainability Manager at Swiss Re since September 2016. Prior roles include Senior Development Economist with extensive research in empirical microeconomics at ETH Zurich, where coordination of a multi-institutional health systems governance project in Ghana and Tanzania took place, alongside teaching graduate courses. Previous experience also encompasses managing a large-scale behavioral insurance project at the Institute of Insurance Economics, University of St. Gallen. Shailee's academic credentials include a post-doctorate in Economics from ETH Zürich, a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, as well as master's degrees in Food Policy and Economics and Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University, complemented by a magna cum laude bachelor's degree in Mathematics-Economics from Agnes Scott College.
