Snigdha Dash

Snigdha Dash is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President Team Lead at Swiss Re since June 2022, focusing on IFRS implementation for the Americas and Asia Markets, as well as the testing of new tools and business modelling. Responsibilities include the creation of automated reporting packs, data integration, consulting on tool integration for tech teams, and performance management, alongside presenting earnings results to senior stakeholders. Prior to Swiss Re, Snigdha worked at AXA as a Sr. Group Financial Controller and Finance Consultant, managing financial analysis, reporting, and planning processes. Snigdha also held roles as a Process Lead and Finance Specialist at AXA US and MetLife, respectively, with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Finance from the Asian Workers Development Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Education Honours from Sambalpur University.
