Suman Singh Deo

Suman Singh Deo serves as the Head of Recruitment for GBS Centres India at Swiss Re since August 2024. Suman's career also includes significant positions at NatWest Group as Head of Resourcing Services and Vice President - Resourcing, as well as diverse roles at Dell Technologies in talent management and employee engagement, staffing, and customer experience. Suman began the professional journey at HSBC in 2002. Academic credentials include an Executive Development Program in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Commerce from Utkal University.
