Tobias Weinmann

Tobias Weinmann is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and enhancing productivity within Swiss Re since July 2005. As Delivery Director for Digital Practice Adoption, Tobias focuses on implementing mandatory DevSecOps practices and promoting GenAI solutions. Previous roles include leading the enterprise-wide DevSecOps transformation, overseeing the establishment of security-first development practices, and successfully managing the Developer Workplace function, including the integration of CI/CD platforms and collaboration tools. Tobias began the career as a Software Engineer and progressed through various roles, including Software Architect and Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, demonstrating a strong technical background and effective team leadership skills. Education includes a degree in Computer Science from Hochschule Furtwangen and ongoing studies at De Montfort University.
