Tomas Hrubizna

Tomas Hrubizna, ACCA, CPA, currently serves as Governance Manager for the Contracts Digital Transformation Program at Swiss Re since October 2020, overseeing the program's governance and strategic deliverables, including RCSA and key control management. Previously, Tomas held the position of Head Process Mgmt & Policy Governance at Swiss Re, leading a team focused on risk management, process improvement, and policy governance. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at KPMG Switzerland, directing audits and providing accounting advice, and Audit Manager at PwC, managing audits for significant insurance clients. Tomas began his career as an Audit Senior at KPMG in Slovakia, auditing life and non-life insurance companies. Educational achievements include ACCA certification and a Master's degree in International Management and Business, with ongoing studies for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
