Martin Skalka has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Martin currently serves as the Managing Director at Swiss Steel International Czech Republic, where they oversee sales and services activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and manages a team of 100+. Prior to this, they worked at BENTELER Distribution Czech Republic as the Executive Managing Director, where they were responsible for production and sales of steel tubular products and played a key role in developing new business opportunities and partnerships. Martin also worked at Siemens s.r.o., where they held various leadership positions, including Head of Procurement and Sales Director, and was responsible for restructuring procurement organizations and managing external indirect material procurement. Additionally, Martin Skalka has experience in sales and management roles at Eurotel and Dräger Safety, where they held positions such as National Manager Corporate Sales and Senior Key Account Manager respectively.
Martin Skalka attended Prague University of Economics and Business where they studied International Business. Martin also pursued a Master's Degree in International Economic Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
