Stefan Zapfe

Stefan Zapfe has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Stefan is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Organization at Swiss Steel Group, a leading producer of special long steel products. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HOMAG Group, the world's leading manufacturer of machines and systems for the wood-processing industry. In addition, Stefan has held various senior HR positions at companies such as Warsteiner Brauerei Haus Cramer Management GmbH, Homag Group AG, Vapiano, and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG. Stefan also worked as an HR Specialist at VR-LEASING AG and as an HR Manager at RWTÜV Fahrzeug GmbH. Stefan's work experience spans across multiple industries and they have gained extensive expertise in human resources management.

Stefan Zapfe has a comprehensive education history. In 1987 to 1994, they obtained their First Legat State Exam degree in Law from Universität Passau. Following this, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Bar Examination at the Court of Justice (Oberlandesgericht Hamm, Landgericht Essen). Lastly, in 2011, Stefan completed an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program in Human Resources Management at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
