Stacey Lynden is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Cupping Lab Manager at Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. since March 2022. Prior roles include Head Roaster and Green Buyer at Harken Coffee from May 2019 to March 2023, Head Roaster at East Van Roasters from March 2019 to January 2020, and Head Roaster at Pallet Coffee Roasters from November 2016 to March 2019. Additionally, Stacey held the position of Head Roaster at Oughtred Coffee & Tea between January 2015 and November 2016 and previously worked as a Coffee Roaster at East Van Roasters from March 2014 to March 2015. Starting a career at Saltspring Coffee Roasters as an Assistant Manager from March 2005 to March 2011 laid the foundation for significant expertise in coffee roasting and sourcing. Stacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
