Marlies Menzi

Marlies Menzi has extensive experience in project management and account steering within the airline industry, currently serving as Manager Steering & Support Project Management (Ground Operations) and Account Steering Expert at Swiss International Air Lines since August 2017. Responsibilities include deriving account management activities from reports, evaluating customer portfolios for revenue opportunities, and preparing contracts alongside the Account Management team. Prior to this, Marlies gained experience as an Intern Inflight Service, supporting various product-related projects. Earlier career at Netstal Maschinen AG involved planning customer training, resource administration, and data management using SAP. Marlies holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism with a major in Transportation Management from the University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur, and attended Breda University of Applied Sciences.
