Silvia Koch

Silvia Koch has been with Swiss International Air Lines since January 2002, holding various roles such as Product owner, Senior Group Management Analyst, Senior Pricing, Demand and Group Analyst, and Pricing, Demand and Group Analyst. Prior to that, Silvia worked at Swissair from October 1997 to December 2001, where Silvia held titles such as Supervisor Qualiflyer Services Travel Club & Circle, Sales Agent Qualiflyer Services Silver Gold & Circle, and Flight Attendant. Silvia recently obtained a CAS in Agile Business Analysis from SGO Business School in October 2020 and holds a Vocational Baccalaureate in Economics from Kantonsschule am Brühl St.Gallen.
