Thomas Schläpfer has over a decade of experience in the aviation and IT sectors, currently serving as Product Owner for Flight Ops Technology & Digitalization at Swiss International Air Lines since February 2014. Thomas has held various roles at Swiss International Air Lines, including Manager of HR Digitalization and Process Management as well as positions in eCommerce and Revenue Management.
