Thomas W. has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Head of Flight Dispatch at Swiss International Air Lines since July 2010. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Leiter BZR at Die Schweizerische Post from July 2007 to June 2010, and held multiple positions at CHECKPORT SECURITY LIMITED, including Geschäftsführer and Leiter Operation und Verkauf from August 2003 to June 2007. Thomas also worked as Duty Station Manager at Swiss International Air Lines for a brief period in 2002, following a tenure at Swissport as Liaison Officer SP Tanzania and Business Development Manager from March 1999 to October 2002. Thomas began the career in aviation as a Junior Betriebsanalyst OPP and Flight Dispatcher at Swissair Transport Co Limited between 1990 and 1999, and also contributed as Slotmanager at DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH in early 1992. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HWV Zürich Juventus and an AVSEC-PMC in Aviation Management from Concordia University.
