Edon Shala

Edon Shala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis and consumer service, currently serving as a member of the employee representation at Swisscard AECS GmbH since May 2017, where roles have included Business Analyst and Acting Team Leader for both Business Analyst and Consumer Service teams. Shala's background includes military observation at SWISSINT - Swiss Armed Forces International Command, as well as previous positions in customer service and administrative roles at major organizations such as AXA and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd.
