Giovanna Anemola

Giovanna Anemola has extensive experience in customer retention and telemarketing management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Retention and Manager of the Telemarketing Unit at Swisscard AECS GmbH since September 2007. Prior to this role, Giovanna held the position of Sales Manager at Telemarkt AG from August 2003 to August 2007. Giovanna is also a graduate of the Swiss Marketing Academy, further enhancing expertise in the marketing and sales field.
