James Boyer

James Boyer is an experienced professional in agile delivery and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager at Swisscard AECS GmbH since November 2021, where the focus is on coaching software and data delivery teams using SAFe 5. Prior to this role, James worked as an Agile Coach and Requirements Engineer at Spring Professional for Roche Diagnostics, coaching multiple agile squads with Scrum and the Nexus framework. Additionally, James operated as a self-employed Corporate Trainer, imparting best practices in business analysis and user-centered design to various corporate clients.
