Adele Ozola

Adele Ozola is an HR business partner with extensive experience in supporting organizational development across various companies. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Swisscom since April 2024, Adele is a key member of the DevOps Center Riga Leadership Team, focusing on aligning the center's growth with Swisscom's global strategy. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Baltic Shared Services Center, where responsibilities encompassed managing the employee lifecycle for Tele2 Baltic Shared Services Center and Tele2 IoT Latvia, and earlier positions at Tele2 Latvia as a Junior HR Business Partner and Employer Brand project manager. Adele's career began in recruitment consulting and sales, complemented by freelancing experience in Australia. Adele holds a Professional Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Latvijas Universitate and has pursued further education at Australian Pacific College.
