Claudio Sanson

Claudio Sanson has extensive experience in product management and operations within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Product Manager Operations Control and Tribe Chief Operation Control Center at Swisscom since November 2002. Previous roles at Swisscom include Head of Operation Control Center, Head of Netz-Design, Fulfillment & Assurance B2B-Telco, and various leadership positions in planning and steering for both BSS/OSS and process management across Fixnet and mobile domains. Prior to Swisscom, Claudio gained experience as an ICT Consultant and IT Service Level Manager, and held an internship at Derendinger. Claudio's career began at Swatch Group in a technical analyst role. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Science & Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, completed in 2002.
